How to Order
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. Shipping is currently limited to within the UK, if you wish to ship elsewhere please contact us on 0845 0751002.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and most other major credit cards, you may send your credit card information via this site using our secure online credit card system, phone, fax or mail.
All orders are subject to our terms and conditions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions (referred to as “Agreement”) are incorporated into all contracts for the supply of goods (referred to as “Goods”) by Simon Kershaw trading as easysupplycompany or easyaircon or the Easy Supply Company (referred to as the “Supplier” or “Easysupplycon” or “we” or “our” or “us”). They supersede any previously issued Terms and Conditions.

As user of this website you (referred to as “Buyer” or “you” or “your”) acknowledge that any use of this website including to order Goods is subject to our terms and conditions which includes our Privacy Policy. You should print a copy of this Agreement and retain it for future reference
1 General
1.1 We reserve the right to change this Agreement at any time. Any change shall take effect when posted on the website (see date at the top) and it is your responsibility to ensure you are familiar with the Agreement each time you use the website and you agree you will be bound by the latest Agreement.
1.2 If you are not a consumer and/or you are using this website on behalf of a business you confirm that you have authority to contractually bind any business on behalf of whom you use this website
1.3 You must be over the age of 18 to order any item from this website
1.4 All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make them as accurate as possible
1.5 This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales
2 Order process and creation of the contract
2.1 Please see How to Order above. By clicking on “Order” you will be offering to purchase the items in your shopping cart. The Supplier will send you an acknowledgement the order has been receive to the email address supplied by you. This acknowledgment is not acceptance of the order by the Supplier.
2.2 Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us shall occur on the despatch to you of the Goods.
2.3 If you order Goods which are no longer available we may deliver alternative Goods to you of equal or better specification. In this event we will notify you of any change by e-mail. You may cancel your order in accordance with clause 6 below if you do not wish to receive the alternative Goods. The price charged will be for the Goods actually delivered and not the Goods ordered.
3.Delivery
3.1 The Supplier shall be entitled to refuse to complete the contract in the event that delivery to a particular address is not practical and/or outside mainland UK.
3.2 In the event that delivery is requested outside mainland UK you must contact the Supplier in writing or by telephone (telephone number 0845 0751002) with specific details of your delivery requirements. We will consider whether or not we wish to accept your order and any additional terms upon which we are prepared to accept it including any separate and additional delivery charge. You will be notified by email of any additional charges or special conditions and then given the opportunity to confirm your order or withdraw it.
3.3 All prices include mainland UK delivery charges. Any delivery outside mainland UK will incur additional delivery costs for which you will need a quote (please see 3.2 above)
3.4 All Goods are delivered direct from the manufacturer in their original packaging. Delivery will be as close as safely and practically possible to the outside of the delivery address. Goods will not be delivered inside any building. You are responsible for arranging any necessary off loading and handling from the transportation into premises, e.g. forklift truck, crane etc. as appropriate.
Delivery Schedule
3.5 We make every effort to deliver goods subject to availability within 10 to 14 days from receipt of order. Whenever possible we will endeavour to achieve an earlier delivery. Delivery times are only estimates. While we endeavour to adhere to delivery times occasionally delays may occur in which event the Supplier shall be under no liability whatsoever for any delay or failure to deliver within the agreed time
3.5 Subject to 3.6 below (back orders) we will deliver within 30 days of receipt of the order or return any money you have paid in respect of the undelivered order to you.
Inspection
It is your responsibility to inspect the Goods when you receive them to ensure that you have received that they are free from any cosmetic defects. You will be deemed to have inspected and accepted that the Goods are free from cosmetic blemishes by accepting the delivery unless you specify to the delivery personal in writing that you are accepting delivery of the Goods with specific cosmetic blemishes which must be brought to the attention of the delivery personnel
Back Orders
3.6 If your item is not in stock, and it is likely that it cannot be obtained for you within 30 days we may back order it for you. We will notify you by email if back ordering is necessary when you may confirm your order or cancel if you would rather not wait. If you confirm that you wish to use the back order facility we will not return your money to you pursuant to clause 3.5 above and will agree with you period within which we will endeavour to deliver the Goods.
4 Payment and Prices
4.1 All prices include mainland UK delivery charges. Any delivery outside mainland UK will incur additional shipping costs for which you will need a quote please see 3.2 above
4.2 We reserve the right to change prices and specifications on this web site without prior notice
4.3 If you wish to make and we are prepared to accept payment by credit card or debit card we take payment from your card at the time we receive the order after we have checked the card details
4.4 In respect of large orders payment will only be accepted by bank transfer. Where this is necessary we will notify you by e-mail and provide the relevant bank details to enable you to transfer payment
4.5 No Goods will be delivered until payment is received in full
4.6 If you cancel an order or we are unable to supply the Goods we will credit the card used for payment with the amount paid for undelivered Goods in full subject to 4.7 below
4.7 If Goods are delivered to you and you return them pursuant to paragraph 6 below we will return the amount paid by you for the Goods subject to 4.8 and 4.9 below
4.8 If we agree to collection of the Goods from you we shall deduct from the price paid the cost of collection which is:
a) if the a separate quote was provided in respect of delivery that amount; or
b) if the price of the Goods includes the cost of delivery above a sum not exceeding 25% of the total price paid
PROVIDED THAT the Goods are returned unused and without having been installed and in all other respects in accordance with clause 6 below.
4.9 If you have accepted delivery of the Goods and then attempt to cancel the contract pursuant to clause 6 below but before returning the Goods to us they have been used or installed we will automatically deduct a restocking fee of 20% of the price paid in addition to any sum deducted under 4.8 above for delivery.
4.10Where any sum is to be returned to you by us it will be returned within 30 days of:
a) notice of cancellation where it occurs before despatch of the Goods
b) notice of cancellation where we agree to collect the Goods
c) us receiving the Goods where you are responsible for returning them to us
Tax Charges
4.11We display both VAT exclusive and inclusive prices. If your purchase is VAT exempt then you should click the exemption button to reduce VAT to zero, however we will require proof of export or reason for exemption.
4.12. Credit Card Security The Supplier uses Barclays ePDQ for secure credit card transactions, parts of the following are taken from www.epdq.co.uk The referance that you will see on your statements is Easyaircon
The ePDQ CPI utilises a high level of encryption - you will connect using 128 bit SSL encryption. Even if you only have 40 bit SSL capable PCs, ePDQ will automatically upgrade the connection to ensure higher encryption.

4.13 No Credit Card information is held on this web site.
5 Title
Title to any Goods shall pass you on delivery provided we have received payment in full. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Goods are adequately insured from the time you take delivery
6 Cancellation and Returns Policy
6.1 You may cancel your order at any time prior to despatch. If you wish to cancel your order you must contact us in writing (by email is sufficient provide we have confirmed that we have received the email). We will then stop the delivery and return any monies paid to us in accordance with clauses 4.7 to 4.10 above.
6.2 You may return the Goods to us at the above address within 7 days of delivery. If you wish to return the Goods you must:
a) notify us in writing (by e mail is sufficient provided we acknowledge receipt); and
b) return the Goods with their original packaging in good and unused condition at you cost; and
c) enclose with the returned Goods clear written details of the order
If you fail to comply with any of the above, in particular with 6.2.b you may lose your right to cancel the contract and return the Goods.
Please note: The goods are your responsibility until they are received by us at our address, if they are damaged in transit you may not be entitled to a refund. We strongly recommend that if you are returning Goods by way of any carrier including the Royal Mail that you purchase appropriate and adequate insurance in case the Goods are damaged in transit.
6.3 In some circumstances we may arrange for the collect the Goods from you. If you would like us to collect the Goods please contact us and we will confirm whether or not we are able to offer this service. In this event the cost of collection will be deducted from the sum deposited with us when you ordered the Goods in accordance with clauses 4.7 to 4.10 above
6.4 In the event that we have delivered to you Goods pursuant to clause 2.3 which are not the Goods you originally ordered you may return the Goods to us at our cost provided before returning the Goods you contact us to arrange how the Goods will be returned.
6.4 It is your responsibility to ensure that the Goods retained in good condition until they are either collected by us or arrive at our premises
6.5 On the return of the Goods they will be inspected by us or by the Manufacturer. If the Goods have been damaged by you or have been installed before they were returned we shall be entitled in addition to the cost of delivery an additional sum.
7 Guarantees and Warrantees
6.1 All Goods may be sold with the benefit of the manufacturer’s warrantee or guarantee where there is one. In some cases there may be an additional charge for the Guarantee or Warrantee (see below for details). Subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warrantee or guarantee all complains pursuant to such a warrantee or guarantee should be made directly to the manufacturer. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Other Refrigeration Equipment - All Goods have the benefit of the option of a manufacturers guarantee in some cases the guarantee may have to be purchased. Where a guarantee is available for purchase one of our sales advisors will contact you after your order has been placed to advise you of your options in this respect.
8 Installation
It is recommended that all equipment delivered is installed by qualified personnel to the manufacturers specification / instruction. Please note that failure to do so may invalidate the warranty or require a call-out which will incur an additional charge (typically £50 per hour).
Privacy Policy We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
We will retain details of your order by electronic means and/or by taking a hard copy and retaining it at our address. We do not store any data outside the UK. If you want a copy of the information we hold about you or your order you may apply to the Easy Supply Company at the above address in writing. We will supply you with a copy of any such details we hold within 7 days of receiving your request
Complaints
If you have any complaints about either our service or the Goods you must provide us with details of the complaint in writing. We will consider your complaint and notify you within 30 days of whether or not we accept your complaint and the steps we will take to rectify it.
